We hope you love your new product from us, however we know that you may need to return items from time to time. If you have a change of mind or any other reason, we accept returns of every products provided they are unworn, unwashed/unused, in original condition (including all tags attached) and returned within 14 days of delivery or collection.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
Faulty items can only be accepted if they are returned with a proof of purchase and within a reasonable time after the purchase. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, we are not legally obliged to refund you, but you may be entitled to receive a credit note or exchange at our discretion. Items returned as faulty will be assessed by us.
Can I exchange a purchase for something else?
Yes, you can. Simply download the returns form and complete the exchange area with the details of the item you wish to exchange it for.
How do I return or exchange my online purchase by post?
Simply fill out the return form and submit it to us. The cost of shipping is at your expense and you will not be refunded the cost of return postage. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number in case you need to follow up.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or be re-issued if lost or stolen. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
