Where are you based?

We are an online store and working out of Zurich Switzerland.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we ship to Switzerland only.

What are the shipping costs and delays?

Each order is shipped within 48 hours * (Monday to Friday – orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday). As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, from that moment, you can take into account the times specified below.

The estimated delivery time is 2 (two) working days for economy parcels. All parcels are shipped by “Die Post”.

*Please note that during a special period (Christmas, Father/Mother’s Day, etc.), the preparation time of your order can be extended by a few days (two to three days maximum).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! All orders of CHF 150.00 and above enjoy free delivery. For orders below, we charge a nominal delivery fee of CHF 7.00 for the economy parcel. CHF 2.00 for orders below 10CHF. (Cards, socks, etc.)

Can I pick up my order personally?

No, we only ship via post.

Is it possible to order gift vouchers?

Yes. If you want to buy a gift voucher for your loved ones, you can choose an option 50CHF, 100CHF, 200CHF – we will send you the voucher code for the website together with a beautiful eco gift card.

What do I do if I do not receive my order?

If your parcel is not delivered within 5 (five) working days of dispatch please contact us. We’ll investigate the problem.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days as from the reception of your order to notify us about your intention to return a product (NEW IN) using the return form. Once you send us the return form, you must ship the item to us as soon as possible and within a maximum delay of 14 days. The shipping costs are covered by you. Outlet and Second-Hand pieces cannot be returned.

Please note that returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale, and in their original packaging. The clothes are not allowed to be worn, used, to have suffered from even a minimum of wearing, and must be perfectly clean. Any product which is damaged, incomplete, or the original packing is damaged, will neither be refunded nor exchanged.

Can I sell my used clothes through your website?

No, we offer only selected pieces from our distributors.
